Mike, bugger. :/ We inhabit The Snug. It's the little library like room down the back. We're having another event in a fortnight that should be held upstairs. We'll have a speaker for that one. Details will be posted soon.

I popped in about 7 but didn't recognise anyone, and didn't want to pester tables. Should have checked the mugshots beforehand. Perhaps future meetup groups could identify themselved with an obvious marker, like a bent spoon...

I didn't go, but perhaps some new topics to discuss?
1. rename this website, replacing "Christ church" (which is embarrasing IMO), to "Otautahi" :)
2. new series of Sensing Bullchit starts soon (not that I watch TV anyway). The claims are quite possibly fraudulent...

Looking forward to it. Did anyone tape the news stories? It might be nice to play them back on a laptop. The number of people who asked me if I was OK afterwards was touching, as were the number who were shocked to discover those were 140 sugar pills.
