Atheist video night with special guest this Sunday

Hello,
There's a special meeting of Canterbury Atheists this Sunday, 20th June.
It is a regular Atheist Video Night (except not Thursday as usual), but we'll also have a guest speaker.
Max Wallace is Director of the Australia New Zealand Secular Association (ANZSA), and has written several books about disbelief including;
'Realising Secularism' and 'The Purple Economy', and he's over from Australia for this weekend and has agreed to give us a rundown on what the Aussies are doing on the rationalist front.
We'll also be watching the second part of Atheism: a history of disbelief, and some more from the series "why people laugh at creationists?" from YouTube.

UnifexOrganizerSmaller turnout than expected. Crappy weather and a Sunday night probably didn't help. The talk was really interesting though. It addressed one thing that is usually not discussed; namely the tax exempt status of religious organisations.
