Hey Chch Skeptics et al,

I've been talking about it a lot, but I'm finally going to start an atheist video evening, as part of the informal Canterbury Atheists.

The first is on Thursday 20th August 2009 at 7:30pm - I hope that time suits the majority of you.
Please RSVP by responding via meetup.com, or emailing [address removed] if you will be attending, so I can provide adequate seating. Gold coin donation would be appreciated to fund the cost of the website and set-up of Canterbury Atheists.

The venue is Tandem Voice Booth (my work) at 78 Oxford Terrace (Click here for a google map)

Thanks to the NZARH (New Zealand Association of Rationalists and Humanists) for funding a video projector for the night.

Screening the first night will be Bill Maher's Religulous, followed by (if time) some interviews from 'the Atheism Tapes.'

Feel free to bring beer or other refreshments.
